In accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement, I hereby submit my application to become a member of OnlineAdTypingJobs.com a program for Work at Home. I hereby agree that:

1. I am of legal age and I am eligible to enter into this agreement.

2. The acceptance of this Application does not constitute the sale of a franchise or distributorship, and there are no territories granted to anyone. No franchise fees have been paid and I am not acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this Agreement.

3. I may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason whatsoever by a notice to the Company in writing and if the termination letter is within SEVEN (7 days) of joining the Program of OnlineAdTypingJobs.com, then I am eligible to get 100% Refund.

4. I understand that I am an Independent, I am an independent contractor; not an agent, employee, representative or franchisee of the Company. I will set my own hours and determine my own location to complete the assignments and make sales, within the guidelines and requirements of this Agreement.

5. I shall be responsible to pay all the taxes dues regularly, whether local, state or central, on earning from incentives generated in the particular financial year.

6. I am fully aware Company's Compensation Plan completely and understand that no earnings are guaranteed, as they will derive of my own efforts and time I devote to it. I will not present the Company with any adverse or incorrect information. I further understand that if I present fraudulent payment claims as to work that has been performed and has not, I will immediately be terminated and forfeit all compensation due to me.

7. My contract is valid for 12 months only after that it will not stand valid and I will have to re-register again if company asks to do so.

8. Upon my death this agreement is non-transferable. It is also not transferable while I am alive to any other person or persons. Only registered members can do work. It is not allowed to sell membership or you cannot include group of members as selling "sub-memberships" at a lower rate to do your work and if it is found, you will immediately terminated and all commission will be forfeited and again, you are not eligible to participate in this program under any other name.

9. All advertising and marketing materials should be approved for my use by the company.

10. I understand that breach of the terms, conditions or provisions listed in this contract entitles the company to terminate this agreement without notice or payment to me.

11. By joining the OnlineAdTypingJobs.com site and using our program, you agree to adhere to our NO SPAM policy. I agree that I shall :

I understand and agree that if I do SPAM, I will lose my website and will forfeit rights to any compensation, downline or commission. Upon receipt of complaints and proofs of Spamming, my membership will be immediately cancelled and all payments due forfeited and downline will be transferred to the company without any notice. If company is held liable due to spamming, company shall recover these damages from member imposing suitable penalty in terms of money on me.

12. I understand and agree that OnlineAdTypingJobs.com may amend the Terms and Conditions, Compensation Plan and Product Prices at anytime. I further agree that I am bound to obey the rules which is being posted at the Official members site or notification by email from OnlineAdTypingJobs.com

13. I understand and agree that OnlineAdTypingJobs.com can stop the work at any time during the agreement period to check the work done by the member or for maintenance of set-up and during such time OnlineAdTypingJobs.com or any of its franchisees shall not be held responsible for any financial damage or loss or delay in payment due to such reasons.

14. I understand that my work reports are checked by our Software. The decision of OnlineAdTypingJobs.com is final and binding, no request in this matter will be entertained.
